Product Characteristics ■ This product is designed to replace single-use beverage containers and is reusable. Do not use it for high-temperature foods (such as fried foods) as extreme heat can damage or deform the product. Avoid filling with non-potable liquids, such as liquid fuels or other flammable, corrosive chemical substances. ■ The soft parts of the mug body have a momentary heat resistance limit of 120°C. For optimal folding, the material is designed to be thinner. Therefore, it is recommended to use it at temperatures below 95°C to prevent deformation from prolonged high temperatures. ■ When holding hot beverages, grip the insulated sleeve area to avoid scalding your hands. ■ After use, please clean thoroughly with a sponge and neutral detergent. Do not use abrasive pads or steel wool, as this may scratch the product, leading to bacterial growth or residue buildup. ■ If not cleaned immediately after use, coffee or tea stains may appear. You can reduce residual discoloration by applying a paste of baking soda and water, then rinsing with clean water. Avoid beverages with heavy artificial coloring to minimize severe staining on the soft parts. ■ After cleaning, try to keep the mug body extended and air dry to prevent bacterial growth or mold inside the cup. ■ Creases, distortions, or other signs of use on the soft parts of the mug body after use are normal. When the mug is empty, you can reduce and slow down the appearance of creases by rubbing the middle soft section back and forth with both hands. (Scan the QR code on the packaging for detailed instructions.) ■ When consuming hot beverages, be cautious of the drink's temperature and ensure the lid is securely closed to prevent scalding. Filling a sealed cup with hot beverages can increase internal pressure; tilting or shaking may cause leakage. If the internal temperature exceeds 60°C, open the sipping hole or straw hole to reduce internal pressure. ■ This product does not have cold or heat retention capabilities. ■ Avoid exposing this product to strong sunlight or extreme high/low temperatures for extended periods. ■ This product is not completely leak-proof. Do not place it inside a bag when filled with beverages, as pressure from squeezing may cause leakage or dislodge the stopper. ■ Do not use sharp objects to puncture or damage the soft parts of the mug body, as this may result in product damage. 2. Regarding Imperfections Each item may have slight variations. Regarding Exchanges The dimensions and specifications for each product are clearly stated on the page. Exchanges will not be provided for issues that are not significant defects. Li Wai offers a seven-day hesitation period starting from the day after the product arrives. Please note that the hesitation period is not a trial period. Returned items must be in complete packaging with tags attached, in new condition (no signs of human use, malfunction, damage, scratches, dirt, odors, moisture, or washing), and complete (including the product, accessories, gifts, attachments, manuals, inner and outer packaging, etc.).
