Workshop professional guidance Titanium metal surface treatment technology (pre and post treatment knowledge points and skills) Titanium metal anodizing coloring (color change principle and characteristics) Titanium alloy beautification process and knowledge transfer (Sculpting and sanding) Titanium Introduction Titanium properties - lighter than aluminum, harder than steel, high corrosion resistance and non-harm make it a biophilic metal. Anodized coloring technology - Chemical reactions without adding any dye. Use and status of titanium - It has been used in medical (orthopedic implants) and aerospace technology. Why anodize titanium? The anodic oxide layer enhances each of its properties, making it more durable. The eco-friendly processing method, which does not apply any dye, shows the gorgeous colors that truly belong to nature under the sun. Objective: There are more and more titanium products in the market but they are monochromatic and expensive, and we want to promote this beneficial and interesting process. We want to "give people the power to change something that is truly theirs," and titanium is being called a metal born for human. Team: Led by science graduates of City University, with years of biochemical work experience, the process has been verified by professional scientific steps, and can increase knowledge in fun.
