If you accidentally order it separately, we will arrange for a refund. ▪️ Professional Illustrator Team: Our talented team of illustrators will meticulously craft a one-of-a-kind portrait based on your provided photo, transform it into a copper stamp, and emboss it onto your leather product. ▪️ Photo Submission Guidelines: - To ensure the best design outcome and stamp clarity, please provide photos with ample lighting, clearly defined facial features, and distinct expressions. - Please send your photos to the message center. Upon receipt, we will forward them to the illustrator on your behalf. ▪️ Portrait Stamp Size Reference: - Single or Double Bust: Approximately 3 x 3 cm - Triple or Quadruple Bust: Approximately 4 x 4 cm - Single or Double Full Body: Approximately 3 x 6 cm - Actual dimensions may vary based on the composition of the image or the available embossing space on your chosen leather product. The final size will be determined by the stamp's production. ⏰ Customization Process and Production Time ⏰ 1. Order Confirmation and Initial Review: ▪️ After completing your order, we will confirm your shipping details, order content, provided photo, and portrait requirements. ▪️ The illustrator will conduct an initial review of your photo. If the image requires complex post-processing, there may be an additional fee, which will be communicated to you immediately. ▪️ If you decide to cancel the portrait service at this stage, please inform us promptly. ▪️ Important Reminder: We will contact you through the message center. Please pay close attention to your messages so we can communicate subsequent arrangements in a timely manner. Any delays may affect the overall production schedule. 2. Portrait Drawing and Confirmation: ▪️ Draft Drawing: Approximately 14 days for completion. Once finished, we will send it to you via the message center. ▪️ Draft Review: You will have 2 days to request minor adjustments. - Examples: Slight adjustments to facial proportions / expressions, etc. ▪️ Revision Period: Upon receiving your adjustment requests, the illustrator has 2 days to complete the revisions (in special circumstances, the illustrator will provide an estimated completion date). ▪️ Final Confirmation and Copper Stamp Production: - If you are satisfied with the draft and no revisions are needed, the draft will be considered the final artwork. To ensure timely delivery, we will immediately forward the image to the copper stamp manufacturer for production. Subsequent modifications or cancellations cannot be accepted, thank you. - If revisions are required, the final draft will be sent to you via the message center. You will have 2 days for final confirmation.
