Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (no Sunday delivery). You can note your preferred delivery date and time when placing your order, and we will relay this to the logistics company. Delivery is subject to the actual delivery situation of the carrier. Night delivery and carrying items upstairs are not provided. Please be mindful of delivery times and watch for calls from the driver to avoid missing your delivery. 2. Home Delivery (Post Office): For special circumstances (e.g., outlying islands) or locations with complex shipping fees (e.g., mountainous areas, schools), items will be sent via postal mail without prior notice. 3.
