1. After placing your order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your desired engraving in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming the text.
3. Your booking is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm the available date and seating.
4. Material preparation requires 3 days' notice prior to your scheduled experience after order confirmation and payment.
5. ART64 provides official unified invoice receipts. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID Number, please provide the company name and Tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be provided if the event is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
