Material Descriptions: The 14k gold-filled material predominantly used at mixandfun features a layer of 1/20 14k gold electroplated onto a brass base. This popular material offers excellent durability and color retention, making it easier to care for. Its price point is also more accessible compared to solid 14k gold. Solid 14k gold, on the other hand, is entirely composed of 14k gold throughout, with a gold content of approximately 58.5%, while the remainder consists of silver, iron, or copper. Given Taiwan's climate, this material requires even simpler care and presents a more refined color. Solid 14k gold is also a considerate option for those with sensitive skin. Specially plated alloy is another material we frequently use. mixandfun carefully selects unplated chains that we love and then applies a special electroplating process, ensuring the color remains vibrant under normal wear. Wearing Precautions: 1. For all jewelry, it's best to put on your accessories after dressing and remove them before changing into loungewear. We advise against wearing jewelry while showering, bathing in hot springs, or swimming. 2. For earrings, we recommend using the included silicone stoppers to minimize the risk of loss. 3. Taiwan's warm and humid climate can affect jewelry. If pieces are not worn for extended periods, gently wipe them with a soft cloth before storing them in a sealed bag. 4. For delicate chains, develop the habit of fastening the clasp when removing them to reduce tangles. 5.
