In fact, delicious caramel should be based on the sweetness of sugar, through heating to bring out the delicate caramel aroma and light bitterness, and finally sprinkle with the salty taste of sea salt as a balance. The layers of sweet, bitter and salty are stacked to bring out a rich taste. It's real caramel.

Handouts are provided during the course, please bring your own writing pen
Those who have not signed up for this experience are not allowed to enter the activity area to avoid affecting the activities of teachers and other students.
The event can be carried out: a group of 2 people is required. If there are not enough people to make the trip, we will notify you before the trip to reschedule or give you a full refund
Please bring your own bag to carry your work home (the classroom will provide raw milk roll cartons)
Course cancellation method:
If canceled 7 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date), the full amount will be refunded.
If canceled within 6 days to 4 days before departure date (excluding departure date), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
Cancellations are not accepted from 3 days before the departure date to the same day, and no refund will be given.
No refund will be given if participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer.
It is recommended that if you need to cancel within 6 days before the departure date, you can transfer your place. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
How to change the date:
The date can be changed from 6 days to 4 days before the departure date (excluding the departure date). However, the change can only be made once and only for events under the same organizer.
If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded and the shortfall will be compensated.
No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events.
Date changes are not accepted between 3 days before the departure date and the same day.
It is recommended that you transfer your spot if you need to reschedule within 3 days before departure. But please be sure to tell us the name and contact information of the agent participant.
