▶Activity process:
1. Choose the paint and scent of the Wax ring base: colors and scents can be mixed and matched!
2. Selection of dried Christmas flowers: There are a variety of flowers to choose from on site! Students with selective disabilities can ask their teachers for help!
3. Heating the candle and adjusting the color: The teacher will teach you how to see the color of the Wax ring after cooling before the candle is cooled and set!
4. Use your creativity to insert dry flowers into the candle base: the teacher will teach you how to arrange and stack them to make a beautiful Wax ring!

▶ Precautions
・After the order is placed and the payment is completed, the purchase details will be the proof of completion of registration. Paper ticket purchase certificates will not be sent. When the show time is up, you can report directly to the venue. No additional text messages or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will be deemed to have failed to register successfully. Once the class is full, enrollment will stop immediately. Those who have not settled the payment after placing the order will not be included in the student list.
・If you are unable to attend or reschedule after payment is completed, you can contact us at the Ue Kaoru fan page 3 days in advance.
・Please arrive 2 hours before the end of the session. The classroom will close at the scheduled end time.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account name. We will refund all refunds by cash transfer (the refund amount will be deducted from the bank transfer fee).
・Only those aged 12 or above can register for this event.
・Participants should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site instructor.
・If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Uesariyan will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
・The organizer will take side photos of the experience activities based on needs and upload them to the Zhiheyan community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotions.
・If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will take note and make special arrangements.
