This pendant necklace features a unique, large, single piece shaped like a distinctive wavy oak leaf. It's designed with a hollow form, allowing a cord to pass through. Historically, the leaves of oak and other trees were believed to be inhabited by "guardian spirits of the leaves," as they would remain attached until new buds appeared the following spring. Hearing such legends, the distinctive leaf shape also seems to evoke a sense of strong vitality. This oak pendant is designed to be worn with an included cotton cord.
