Most items in our studio are made-to-order. The estimated shipping time is visible on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please anticipate a waiting period. Factory-processed items include: wax-carved pieces, 3D-printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced at NT$2000 or above will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under NT$2000 are available for separate purchase). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will include a silver polishing cloth. 3. For environmental consciousness, multiple purchases will be packaged with minimal wrapping (items that come with a box will still include one). For jewelry featuring gemstones or plating, it is advisable to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances, such as perfumes. 3. When not in use, wipe with a soft cloth/silver polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth. 『Returns & Exchanges』 Items returned or exchanged due to choices other than the product description's color and specifications (gemstone color, arrangement, size, material, gold plating or no plating), or any personalized customizations such as engraving or clip-on earring conversions, are not eligible for return or refund.
