1. Proxy Purchasing Process:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service. Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase.
・To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. This includes modifications to items, shipping information, or complete order cancellations. Please press the "Request refund" button on the order page to cancel or place another order. If a product(s) has already shipped, you can return it within seven days of receiving it. Please see point three, "Refund & Exchange Policy", below for more details. Please note, the system will use the refund request submission time as the basis for determining whether the order can be canceled. No order cancellations will be accepted after the deadline.
・Please complete the Real-name Authentication within 3 days after the order is placed. If the Real-name Authentication is not completed, the cross-border package cannot be delivered, and the order will be automatically canceled by the system.
2. Product Inventory:
・All orders are subject to the supplier's actual inventory. Please note, there may be cases where the product is sold out or out of stock.
・If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order.
・If all items in the order are out of stock, the system will automatically cancel the order.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy:
・This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service and is considered a cross-border transaction. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns.
・Return Process
1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s). Requests made after the seven-day period will not be accepted.
2. After the system approves the refund request, please follow the instructions on the page and return the product(s) to the specified address. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the original packaging and ensure the product is unused.
3. After Pinkoi is notified that the product(s) is returned and confirms that there are no errors, the order refund will be arranged.

All works are one-of-a-kind.
This is a short type pagoda with an extendable handle.
It is 74cm when folded and 83cm when extended, making it compact and easy to carry around.
It is made from rain goat cloth. It can be used in both rain and shine unless it is pouring rain.
We will continue to list new works from time to time, but please understand that as all items are one-of-a-kind, we cannot resell works that have sold out.
The kimono used is second-hand. We have tried to use parts with as little damage as possible, but there may be some damage or stains. Please understand this before purchasing.
We will also handle maintenance as much as possible.
Please note that this item is also listed on other sites, so it may be sold out depending on the timing.
If there is no damage to the ribs, you can replace the fabric after a few years. Please feel free to contact us if this is the case.
