Currently, some jadeite undergoes acid treatment or laser etching to fill in color, making lower-quality jadeite appear similar to high-end pieces. Jadeite in the market is often identified by letters A, B, and C to distinguish its quality: - Grade A Jadeite: Natural, untreated jadeite. - Grade B Jadeite: Bleached and resin-injected jadeite, treated with strong acids and resin. - Grade C Jadeite: Dyed jadeite, artificially colored. Only Grade A jadeite is considered genuine; others are artificially treated. 💖l Care Instructions l - When not worn for extended periods, store in a moisture-proof bag to minimize contact with air. - Store each piece of jewelry separately to prevent scratches from friction. Fasten chain jewelry before storing in a moisture-proof bag to avoid tangling. - Sterling Silver: Polish with a silver polishing cloth. - Gold-plated/Filled Material: Wipe with a cotton cloth (do not use silver cleaning solution). - Jadeite: Gently brush the jadeite with a soft toothbrush and clean water. Rinse with water and dry with a cotton cloth or allow to air dry in a ventilated area. Avoid wearing jewelry while soaking in hot springs or near seawater. It is recommended to remove jewelry when showering. Avoid contact with chemical products to prevent oxidation and fading. - It is advisable to apply sunscreen and perfume before putting on jewelry. - All jewelry is handmade.
