Important Notes for Activity Registration: To maintain activity quality and protect your rights, please read the following information carefully. Placing an order signifies your agreement to the terms below.
1. After the work is completed, you must bring your own bag to carry it. In consideration of environmental protection, our store does not provide bags. If a paper bag is needed, it can be purchased on-site for NT$10-15 per bag.
2. Weather Impact: In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or modify the activity content.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours before the activity are subject to a 20% forfeiture of the activity slot fee. Cancellations on the day of the activity are non-refundable (if there are unavoidable reasons, providing relevant proof may allow for rescheduling or a full refund).
4. If you cannot arrive at the scheduled time on the day of the activity, please call (02-23082005) to inquire about other available times on the same day. Failure to arrive will be considered completion of the activity, and no refund will be issued!
5. One participant is permitted a maximum of one accompanying guest. If the number of companions exceeds the number of participants, the organizer may charge a venue fee (please clearly state the number of companions in the order remarks for seating arrangements).
