Office files are not accepted. ★ After confirming your artwork and placing an order, shipping will be arranged in approximately 5-7 business days. Please do not place an order if you require urgent delivery. ★ Shipping costs for bulk orders are calculated separately. ★ For orders of 10 or more items, please select courier or postal delivery as they exceed convenience store size limits. ※ Convenience store pickup and payment regulations: Dimensions must be ≦ 45cm*30cm*30cm, with the longest side ≦ 45cm, and the other two sides ≦ 30cm; weight must not exceed 5kg. ※ If the packaging dimensions or weight exceed convenience store regulations, items will be shipped via courier. ★ Customized products are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. (2) Minor loose threads, snagged stitches, stray threads, or re-stitching. (3) All products are handmade; slight amounts of loose threads are normal. Re-stitching that does not affect functionality is also considered normal. The above situations are not considered defects. (4) Fading after the product has been washed. (5) Color differences, color shifts, or discrepancies between the finished product and your imagination. (6) Imperfect stitching or craftsmanship. (7) Misalignment or imperfections at pattern matching points between different fabric pieces. (8) For pottery/ceramics: bubbles <1mm; bumps <1mm; stains/dye splashes <2mm; cracks <2mm; color overflow <2X5mm. (9) Dimensions and prints: For dimensions within 100cm, an error of <3%; for dimensions over 100cm, an error of <5%. Due to the extensive manual processes involved in production, customers who are highly concerned about precise dimensions/colors should consider carefully before ordering. ★ By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our shopping process. Unless the product has a significant undisclosed defect, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Defects caused by human factors will be assessed by our company to distinguish between intentional damage or the product (T-shirts, fabric items) having been washed, worn, or used, in which case, returns or exchanges for defects will not be accepted. ★ Before placing your order, please ensure you have confirmed the images and dimensions you wish to select. Size issues with customized products cannot be a reason for return or exchange.
