The difference in each is the charm of natural leather. ◾️ Numbers on the Back: Proof of Italian Leather The numbers on the back are proof of Italian leather. One is printed on each piece of leather, indicating the size of the leather. The text has an atmosphere and is printed on high-quality parts, so we use it as is. Therefore, in rare cases, it may be included in the product. Personally, I prefer products with numbers. ◾️ Water Stains It absorbs water and may cause stains. If it gets wet, wipe it off as soon as possible to prevent stains. Applying Renapur Leather Treatment can provide a water-repellent effect. ◾️ Tiger Stripes (Tora) This refers to the streak-like patterns and wrinkles that appear in parts that stretch and contract vigorously due to movement. It is one of the special expressions that always exist in natural leather. It is never the source of cracks or fissures. ◾️ Luxurious Full Leather Construction without Lining General leather products are made by pasting thinly processed leather and core material together to give strength, and have a lining on the inside. However, unlike leather, the lining often deteriorates first during use, becoming sticky or crumbling. In order for you to use it for a longer time, we do not use a lining but tailor it using only the thickness and strength of solid leather. ◾️ Maintenance The Italian leather used in LADIES & GENTLEMEN will show a longer, glossier, and deeper aging process if you perform oil maintenance. Please apply oil to bags about once every 3 months to half a year. We recommend Renapur, which is available at our online store. Renapur is a leather treatment that preserves leather, adds shine, and has a water-repellent effect. Since small leather goods are touched often, they will change to a glossy color without application. ◾️ Returns and Exchanges Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. If scratches or damage occur due to an accident during delivery, or if a product different from what you applied for arrives, we will replace it with the shipping cost borne by us. ◾️ Regarding Delivery Time Since all products are made to order, please wait about 2-3 weeks for small items and about 3-4 weeks for bags.
