What is the Red Circle Project?
The project will be launched for the first time in Ethiopia in 2023 and aims to improve the quality of coffee beans. The Red Circle Project encourages local coffee farmers to pick fully ripe, bright red coffee cherries during the harvest season to ensure that each coffee bean achieves the best flavor.
