Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday; no deliveries on Sundays. ✴️ Delivery typically arrives 1-2 days after shipping, usually the next day. ✴️ You can select a delivery time slot (before 13:00 / 13:00-18:00). If none is specified, it will be a flexible delivery. ✴️ During peak seasons like Mother's Day or Father's Day, specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed, nor can next-day delivery. ✴️ As these are perishable, custom-made items, there is no 7-day cooling-off period (7-day cooling-off period: unconditional returns within seven days of receipt). Shelf life: 7 days from the date of production. 2 Before serving, place the cake in the refrigerator to thaw (approximately 6-7 hours). The cake should be slightly frozen inside, with an ice cream-like texture. Avoid thawing for more than 7 hours, as fruits or cream may release moisture, affecting the texture. 3 If you have leftover cake, cut it into portions and store the remaining portions in the freezer. Thaw slices in the refrigerator before serving (thawing time for slices is shorter than for the whole cake; the exact time will depend on the portion size). 4 **This frozen fruit cake should NOT be completely thawed.** The fruits will release moisture, affecting the cake's internal texture.
