Delivery days: Tuesday to Saturday; no deliveries on Sundays. ✴️ Delivery typically arrives 1-2 days after shipping, usually the next day. ✴️ You can select a delivery time slot (Before 13:00 / 13:00-18:00). If no time is specified, it will be delivered without a designated time. ✴️ During peak seasons like Mother's Day or Father's Day, specific delivery time slots cannot be guaranteed, nor can next-day delivery. ✴️ As this is a fresh, custom-made product, there is no 7-day cooling-off period (7-day cooling-off period: unconditional returns within seven days of receipt). Seasonal fruits: Strawberries, citrus, kiwi, bananas, green seedless grapes, etc. (3-4 types). / Storage and Enjoyment / -- [Using Refrigerated Delivery] 1 Upon receiving the frozen delivered cake, if you do not plan to consume it the same day, please store it in the freezer. Shelf life: 7 days from the date of production. 2 Before enjoying, place the cake in the refrigerator to thaw (approx. 4-5 hours). The interior should be slightly frozen, with an ice cream-like texture. Avoid thawing for more than 7 hours, as this can cause the fruit or cream to release water, affecting the texture. 3 If you have leftover cake, slice it and store it in the freezer. Thaw in the refrigerator before enjoying (thawing a single slice takes less time than thawing the whole cake; the exact time will depend on the slice size). 4 [This frozen fruit cake should NOT be completely thawed] ➡️ Thawed fruit will release water, affecting the cake's internal texture.
