Some spots may only become visible after washing. These are not rust and do not affect safety or usability. - This product is manufactured using a safe process with food-grade oil as a lubricant during stamping, without acid washing. As there is no plating or coating, the surface may exhibit minor scratches, pinholes, or sand holes. These are normal phenomena inherent to the safe manufacturing method and are not defects. - The LOGO is created by using high-temperature laser energy to naturally alter the color of the titanium surface. It is not a coating or printing, ensuring safety and lasting beauty. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing often fade or disappear gradually with regular use. - Sand holes and minor scratches are normal and unavoidable during the manufacturing process. - Water marks and stains remaining after washing are characteristic of titanium metal and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, use a mild neutral detergent multiple times. You can also wipe the bowl several times with a paper towel dipped in cooking oil to easily remove any residual grey titanium powder from processing. Afterward, wash with a neutral detergent. As cooking oil is used for pressing without acid washing, residual grey titanium powder is unavoidable. The non-toxic pure titanium safe manufacturing process allows for safe scrubbing. 2. For burnt-on food or stains, gently scrub with the harder side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is brushed off, revealing the original color, it is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, and can be safely scrubbed. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or other reductive acid cleaners like sodium percarbonate, as these can alter and irreversibly damage the titanium's color and luster. 【Material Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and releases stress unevenly. For lunch boxes, food containers, and pots, initial steaming or washing may reveal food marks or large purplish-blue patches. Brown patches may appear after washing even without heating (these are not rust; titanium does not rust). These are inherent material properties or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safety and will fade or disappear gradually with normal use. 2. Square-shaped items, due to more challenging stress release, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small baking trays may develop purplish-blue coloration when exposed to temperatures above 250°C on an oven or direct flame. This color will not disappear but does not affect safe use. 4. Large, flat surfaces are more susceptible to warping when exposed to direct gas flame. 5. Titanium easily retains water marks due to its metallic properties. If this is a concern, dry the item immediately after washing to prevent water marks from affecting its appearance. 【Applicable Appliances】 **Single-layer titanium tableware is suitable for heating; double-layer is not.** Dishwasher drying - Applicable: If residual oils like olive oil are not washed clean, blue-purple powder may appear after drying. This is dried oil and will not reappear after washing. Dishwasher - Applicable: Some detergents contain sodium percarbonate, which may leave water stains after washing, but this does not affect safety. Gas stove - Direct flame compatible: Avoid dry burning; use low to medium heat.
