No acid pickling is used. As there is no electroplating or coating, the surface may exhibit minor scratches, pores, or pinholes. These are normal phenomena that cannot be entirely avoided with safe manufacturing methods and do not constitute defects. - The LOGO is created through high-temperature laser energy, causing natural color changes on the pure titanium surface. It is not a coating or print, ensuring safety and lasting beauty. Additional Notes: - Marks from high-temperature firing often fade or disappear with continued use. - Pinhole marks and minor scratches are normal and unavoidable during the manufacturing process. - Water marks or stains remaining after washing are a characteristic of titanium metal and are normal. 【Cleaning and Characteristics】 1. For the first wash, please use a standard neutral detergent several times. You can also use a paper towel dipped in edible oil to wipe the surface several times to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from the manufacturing process. Then, wash with neutral detergent. As edible oil is used for pressing and no acid pickling is performed, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is part of the non-toxic, safe pure titanium manufacturing process and can be safely scrubbed. 2. For burnt food or stubborn stains, you can gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is scrubbed away, revealing the original color, please be assured that this is not a coating. Pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, free from harmful heavy metals, making it a safe utensil to scrub. 4. Do not soak with stain removers, hydrogen peroxide, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these can strip away the titanium's color and luster, and cannot be restored. 【Material Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and resists stress release. For items like lunch boxes, food containers, and square pots, initial steaming or cooling after washing may show food imprints or large purple-blue patches. Alternatively, brown patches may appear after washing even without heating (not rust, as pure titanium does not rust). These are inherent properties of the metal or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safe use and will gradually fade or disappear with normal use over time. 2. Square utensils, due to greater stress release resistance, may exhibit more intense color changes and are more prone to brown patches. 3. Pots, cutting boards, and small baking trays may develop purple-blue color changes when exposed to direct flame on gas stoves or placed in ovens above 250°C.
