It is a traditional Japanese technique of repairing broken or chipped pottery with lacquer, and then decorating the repaired seams with gold powder. Inspired by this, we began creating our "Kintsugi Pearls." Pure gold powder is applied between two pearls. After applying the gold powder, the piece is polished with a special tool (agate spatula) using natural stones for a refined finish.
