1. Upon ordering, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, please specify your engraving details in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming the content.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the reservation date and availability.
4. Materials preparation requires 3 days' notice after payment.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If a company-specific invoice with tax ID is required, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), we will proactively contact you for rescheduling or a refund.
