1. Water-insulated heating: After thawing, put the vacuum bag together with the heated hot water (the water level needs to cover the food) for about 5 minutes, and adjust according to the temperature of the hot water.
2. Boiling: After boiling, boil the prepared eels (including bags) in boiling water for five minutes and then eat.
3. Microwave oven: After thawing, take out the cooked eel, place it in a special dish for microwave oven, heat it for 3 to 5 minutes and then eat it.
4. Oven: After thawing, take out the prepared eel and heat it in the oven for about 6-10 minutes before eating.
