1. Upon placing your order, an "E-Ticket Notification" will be sent by the system.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" field once confirmed.
3. Your reservation is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and available seating.
4. As materials need to be prepared after order payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
