1. Upon purchase, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email" from our system.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section upon ordering.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to arrange and confirm your desired date and time, ensuring seat availability.
4. Materials are prepared after payment is completed. Please reserve your spot at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides official receipts. If you require a company receipt with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the workshop is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of cancellations due to natural disasters or other force majeure events, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
