▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-Ticket Notification" email.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section once confirmed.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from the experience event location contacts you to confirm the reserved date and seat availability.
4. As materials need to be prepared after ordering and payment, please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of a class cancellation due to natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances, we will proactively contact you to arrange a postponement or refund.
