● Choose your design → Our artisan will provide on-site guidance, leading you through the traditional craft experience.
The workshop includes engraving, with options for English letters, numbers, and patterns (certain designs are not eligible for engraving).
How to measure wrist size as a gift?
● Measurement Method: Use a cotton thread (thread for sewing clothes) to wrap around the wrist where the item will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Then, straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Compare this measurement to the size chart.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the size at the store after the item is completed.

★ 999 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and can be worn during showers. Normal wear may cause oxidation at different rates depending on individual body chemistry (acidity/alkalinity). Oxidized or darkened silver can be restored to its original white luster by cleaning with toothpaste, silver polish, or a silver polishing cloth, making it easy to maintain.

Workshop Description

**Workshops can be scheduled for one person and are by appointment only.**
● To ensure fairness, any changes or cancellations to confirmed workshop bookings must be made at least three days prior to the scheduled class. Cancellations made on the day of the class or no-shows will not be refunded but can be transferred to other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for trying on in-store. Exchanges for designs of the same price are possible (subject to available materials on-site).
Upgrades to higher-priced designs are also possible with a price difference, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about available space if you plan to bring companions.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time for try-ons and check-in to avoid delays and ensure everyone's rights are protected.
● During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step. If the finished product has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials can be purchased separately.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying slightly depending on the complexity of the chosen design. Your piece can be taken home on the same day.
**★ Currently, due to epidemic prevention measures, masks must be worn to enter.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on safe equipment operation.
Female participants may be required to tie back their hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after being advised will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other special circumstances causing closures based on government announcements, classes will be rescheduled for the safety of all participants.
