Crafted from tea leaves cultivated with care during their optimal season.
The Highest Standard in Tea Powder: Zero Pesticide Residue.
While many tea powders on the market may contain trace amounts of pesticides within legal limits,
7teahouse chooses to uphold the industry's most stringent standards.
We exclusively use Taiwanese tea with "zero detectable pesticides" as the sole ingredient for our "Chī Chá Powder" – Taiwanese tea powder at a matcha grade.
This is because tea powder, being finely ground tea leaves,
is fully consumed when used in beverages, pastries, and more, unlike steeped tea.

Exquisitely fine, preserving the authentic flavors of Taiwanese specialty teas.
Meticulously selected for varietal, harvest timing, and processing techniques,
we create Taiwanese teas that represent their unique terroir.
Then, using precision equipment with water-cooled, low-temperature grinding, we produce "Chī Chá Powder" at a 300-400 mesh fineness.
Packaging and Sizes:
To cater to diverse needs, "Chī Chá Powder" is available in: I. A convenient 36g size; II. A 100g bulk size.
The 36g size includes a miniature wooden spoon, perfect for infrequent use or for those trying it for the first time.

Can the bulk size be larger?
To prevent the tea powder from losing its optimal flavor due to exposure to air, moisture, or even odors after opening and not being fully used,
we limit our bulk packaging to a maximum of 100g.
We are committed to ensuring every aspect of the tea powder you purchase is of the highest quality.
This includes the origin, season, production, grinding facility, packaging material selection,
and even the rigorous storage conditions after grinding.
(Note: At 7teahouse, Chī Chá Powder is stored in a freezer below -20°C.)
Tea Beverage Enjoyment Card.
Each bag of "Chī Chá Powder" comes with a small card.
In addition to product name and specifications, it includes simple instructions for preparing tea beverages,

"Chī Chá Powder" Q&A:
Q1. Why did 7teahouse develop a Taiwanese tea series of tea powders?
A1. Because we deeply appreciate the wonderful flavors of Taiwanese tea. Unfortunately, not everyone is as fortunate as we are to have the opportunity to practice brewing and drinking tea daily. We wondered, what more could we do to allow more people to experience the authentic taste of Taiwanese tea?
And so, the "Chī Chá Powder" product was born!
-
Q2. Will "Chī Chá Powder" retain its fresh, vibrant green color after high-temperature roasting?
A2. The answer is: "Likely not." "Chī Chá Powder" is made from whole tea leaves ground into powder. Imagine a natural leaf; after high-temperature roasting, would it still be as lush and green as it was on the tree, or even more vibrant? Of course not.
However, if the roasting temperature is not too high or if the process involves some moisture, it is still possible to create dessert creations that are both visually appealing and delicious! For example, when making various cheesecakes, ice cream, crème brûlée, or macaron fillings...
-
Q3. Are there any special considerations when using "Chī Chá Powder" after purchase?
A3. Consideration 1: "Chī Chá Powder" is packaged in an opaque, airtight aluminum foil bag. To prevent the tea flavor from altering, please ensure all air is expelled and the seal is pressed firmly after each use, then store in a cool, dark, and ventilated place.
【Instructions for Using Taiwanese Tea Series Chī Chá Powder】
I. All tea powders are packaged in opaque, airtight aluminum foil bags. To prevent the delicate tea flavor from changing, please ensure all air is expelled and the seal is pressed firmly after each use.
II. The handmade spoon included with the 36g small package is a helpful tool for measuring tea. Half a spoon is approximately 0.5g, and a full spoon is approximately 1g. The 100g bulk package does not include a wooden spoon; please use a suitable measuring spoon according to your needs.
III. Both regular and lightly sweetened tea powders can be enjoyed as a fine beverage, similar to matcha, or used to create a rich and delightful Milk Tea. Follow the preparation steps on the packaging and use the included spoon to easily craft a mood-boosting tea drink ╒/╕
IV. Beyond beverages, the tea powders can also be used to create visually stunning and mouthwatering desserts.
