1. Designers must prepare materials in advance. In order to protect the rights of designers, if a ticket is refunded due to personal factors of the consumer, a 30% handling fee will be charged, and no refund will be allowed within 7 days before the event.
2. If you need to reschedule, please contact the designer first to confirm the refund and then purchase a new ticket.
3. Due to the difficulty and safety of the process, only those aged 12 or above can register for this event (if you are under 12 years old, please write to inquire).
4. Only those who have purchased tickets are allowed to attend, and those who have not purchased tickets are not allowed to participate in the experience together.
5. Admission opens 10 minutes before the event. In order to allow the experience to proceed smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be admitted and no refund will be given. .
6. Due to personal negligence during the process, the materials are made incorrectly or damaged, and the materials need to be purchased again before production can continue.
7. If classes are suspended due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, the workshop will proactively contact you for an extension or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class suspension standards announced by Hualien City, where the event is held, will be the starting and refund standards, regardless of the location of the participants.
9. There will be side shots of the activities during the experience class, which will be uploaded to the [Winwing Creative Design Workshop] brand page after the class. In the future, photos and images containing your portrait may be used for event records or other recruitment channel promotions. You can download the event photos yourself. If you do not want to be photographed, you can proactively inform us at the event site and we will take care to avoid it.
