Mechanical walnut: Dancing selfie skeleton. micro-automaton, BCN.

This is a functional micro-miniature made inside a real walnut shell. I’ve built a tiny circuit where a skeleton actually dances thanks to a manual gear and a magnet. What’s inside? A night landscape under a waning moon, featuring a skeleton sitting and dancing while holding a phone to take a selfie. It is a modern Danse Macabre mixing my passion for Medieval Manuscripts (the tiny details) and the mechanical style of 90s playsets like Micro Machines or Polly Pocket. Technical Details: Movement: Manual gear-driven with a magnet. Materials: Wood, paper, cardboard, acrylics, cyanoacrylate, putty and epoxy resin... Origin: Hand-crafted in my workshop in Barcelona (Bon Pastor). Size: It’s a real walnut, so it’s very, very small. About me: I’m a Graduate in Humanities with a Master's in Documentary Heritage.
