【The Poetry of Craftsmanship Directions】

1. For locals in Tainan, you can ride a scooter or drive. Across from McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance under a large tree, you'll see a sign for "Zhuxi Village." Walk straight for 60 meters, and you'll see the "The Poetry of Craftsmanship" sign (avoid the riverside path in front, although the pink flowered kapok trees are beautiful). If you need parking, there's a lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe.
2. For visitors, it's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If you're taking a city bus, take bus number 5 from the train station and get off at the "Zhuxi Temple" stop (right next to the large tree). If you're taking the tourist bus or the High-Speed Rail shuttle, it's a bit further; you'll need to get off at "Yanping Junwang Shrine," walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road and then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Important Notes】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the e-ticket from PINKOI and confirm the workshop details and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, only ticket holders are permitted to participate in the workshop to ensure comfort and safety for all attendees. Unregistered guests may not join the experience.
4. For craft workshops, two people cannot share one material kit.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or mistakes are made during the process due to personal oversight, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue crafting. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please cancel your original booking and make a new one. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance).
7. Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time for the workshop. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (Refunds are not available on the day of the workshop as per regulations).
9. "The Poetry of Craftsmanship" will be taking photos during the workshop. These photos will be uploaded to our Facebook fan page or Instagram "The Poetry of Craftsmanship" event page after the event. Your likeness may be used in future event records or promotional materials for recruitment. Participants are welcome to download their photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoon-related class suspensions), "The Poetry of Craftsmanship" will proactively contact participants to reschedule or arrange a refund.
2. Refunds requested due to personal reasons will incur a 30% handling fee. (If inconvenient, you are welcome to contact the metalworking instructor to reschedule, but this is limited to one reschedule per booking).
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After placing an order, please verify the items and payment on your e-ticket. On-site services will only cover additional costs; no refunds will be processed.
