▶️This is an online event. The DIY material package will be sent to the designated or preset recipient address. Attendance is not required. Please confirm that the recipient address and phone number are correct.
▶️ Shipping method

▶️Instructions for refund and exchange
1. If you have any questions about the product, please ask the designer before purchasing. Detailed communication before purchase can save effort, money and time spent on refund/replacement.
2. The refund application must be submitted within 5 days from the next day after receiving the product.
3. If the application is overdue or does not meet the conditions of Pinkoi return policy, the designer has the right to refuse to return the product. Please communicate with the designer before submitting the application.
4. Designers of the following product types do not accept requests for refunds due to personal factors:
• Customized merchandise
• Personal hygiene commodities
• Goods with a short shelf life

5. Because some products are time-consuming and handmade by designers, if the products are not sent out, if the customer still requests a refund under the following circumstances, 20% of the derived fee will be charged uniformly. 6. Refund process
The designer will contact the customer within 3 working days after receiving the application.
