It is recommended to gently press any protruding areas inward periodically. After a period of time (approximately 1-2 months), the foam will gradually return to its original round shape. - When washing, remove the side foam as well as the bottom foam (machine washing the foam can cause deformation). Hand wash the outer cotton cover or machine wash it in a laundry bag on a gentle cycle below 30°C. After spinning, air dry naturally. Do not use a dryer, as this can cause the outer cover to shrink.
