Minor variations in color and shape will occur between items of the same design due to the dyeing and shaping process; please consider this before placing your order! ✔️ All items are inspected for damage, thoroughly cleaned, and disinfected before shipment, ensuring they are safe for use. 🌿 Leather Accessory Care 1. Avoid placing accessories in humid environments such as bathrooms or restrooms. 2. After wearing, gently wipe with a dry cloth and store in a sealed bag or box to maintain dryness. 3. Lightly apply leather conditioning oil to the surface to keep the leather moisturized and prevent dryness or cracking. 🌿 Item Repair Repairs are not possible for issues such as broken metal parts (e.g., ear hooks, clip-on earrings), fading of the accessory, or lost components. For other accessory issues, repairs can be made on our market days or via mail. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. For lost materials or complex repairs, a fee for materials and labor will be charged. 🌿 Not Considered Defects 1. Color Variation: Computer screen displays may show slight color differences; the actual product color is the standard. 2. Bent Ear Hooks/Clip-on Earrings: The material is delicate. Our shipping staff will confirm the condition of ear hooks/clip-on earrings before dispatch. Minor bending due to transport collisions is normal and can be self-adjusted. Alternatively, adjustments can be made at our market stall during monthly events. 3. Natural Leather Grain: Each piece of cowhide has unique grain patterns and colors due to its origin and treatment process. 4. Size Error: Manual measurements may result in slight errors; variations within 0.5 cm are considered within the reasonable range.
