◇ Production process: 1. Please contact the designer before placing an order. We will ask questions related to your customized needs. 2. You are required to provide your email address, and the sharing link will be sent via email. Please upload reference photos to cloud drive. 3. After the drafts and concept drawings are completed, you will be confirmed first and provided with a "one-time" opportunity for modification. No modifications will be provided after confirmation. 4. After the artwork is completed, the electronic file will be sent to you via email or cloud link. ◇Related reference photos: 1. Please provide 3-5 clear photos of each person/pet, at least 2 front-facing photos with clear facial features. 2. Please avoid providing photos with excessive post-production and filters. 3. If the photos you provide have different styles and hair colors, please indicate which style in the photo you want. 4. If you want us to draw actions, you are welcome to upload reference pictures (it can only be used as a reference and cannot be restored 100%) ◇ Other notes: 1. This product is an electronic file and does not include physical printing and photo frames. 2. The additional characters can only be placed in the same picture as the original characters and cannot be made into separate pictures. 3. Image size is 10.5 x 14.8 cm / 300dpi jpeg. If you have other size requirements, please inform us in advance. 4. The working days for a single draft plus drawing are about 6-8 days. This is an estimated number of days, which may vary depending on the complexity of the image or the number of orders received. 5. Please note that customized products cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged! 6. The work may be displayed on the studio instagram. If you do not want it to be made public, please let us know via email.
