Green Sandalwood is one of the world's densest woods, rich in natural oils, also known as Jade Sandalwood. It thrives in environments with extreme climate variations, enduring temperatures from below freezing to 40°C depending on the season. Currently a rare material, it faces the concern of endangerment and is restricted from export by Paraguay. Green Sandalwood is exceptionally hard, making its processing slow and demanding on tools. If left away from sunlight for extended periods, its color will revert from green to yellow. A 20-minute exposure to sunlight will restore its green hue. Should you become the owner of this blade, you may occasionally polish the edge with a piece of plain paper for a subtle sheen. If the blade appears less green due to prolonged storage in darkness, sunlight will revive its color. However, be mindful not to forget about it and overexpose it.
