Firing schedules are arranged according to our kiln cycles. You will be notified for pickup approximately 0.5-2 months after your course. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

☀ Studio Policies ☀
In the event of natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances that prevent the normal conduct of classes (based on Kaohsiung City's official announcement regarding work and school closures), the studio will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the class start date are eligible for a 40% refund only. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the class day itself.
For urgent rescheduling due to illness or personal reasons within 24 hours of the class start time, a one-time postponement may be granted at our discretion. Subsequent postponements will incur a rescheduling fee of $400 per person.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows, and repeat registration will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
The ceramic firing process involves inherent uncertainties, such as cracking or glaze results that may differ from expectations. Refunds cannot be issued in such cases.
The studio's firing schedule is variable; please await notification for your piece's firing.
Eating and drinking are discouraged during class, except for water and sugar-free beverages.
Please refrain from touching other participants' pottery works without permission. Any damage incurred will require compensation at the full price.
Due to the limited studio space, accompanying guests or family members are not permitted to observe.
