Firing of pieces is scheduled according to the studio's kiln cycles. You will be notified for pick-up approximately 0.5-2 months after your class. Thank you for your patience.

☀ Studio Policies ☀
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters that prevent classes from proceeding as scheduled (based on Kaohsiung City's official announcements for work and school closures), the studio will proactively contact you regarding rescheduling or refunds.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the class start date are eligible for a 40% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the class day.
For urgent rescheduling due to illness or personal reasons within 24 hours of the class start time, a one-time reschedule may be considered at our discretion, with an additional fee of $400 per person for any subsequent reschedules.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds and will not be accepted for future bookings. We appreciate your understanding.
The ceramic firing process involves inherent uncertainties; therefore, refunds cannot be provided for issues such as cracking or unexpected glaze results.
The studio's firing schedule is not fixed; please be patient as your pieces await their turn.
Eating and drinking are discouraged during class, except for water and unsweetened beverages.
Please refrain from touching other participants' pottery works without permission. Any damage incurred will require compensation at the full price.
Due to the limited space in our studio, accompanying guests or family members are not permitted to observe classes.
