1. This promotional ticket is valid only for the Pinkoi Design Fest offline event from November 7-9, 2025. **No refunds will be issued after purchase.** If you are unable to attend on the confirmed date, the ticket is **non-registered and transferable**.
2. If you are unable to attend during the event hours, we can create the product on your behalf. You can pick it up at the booth before the event concludes on the same day, or we can arrange for shipping (shipping costs will be borne by you).
3. Due to limited space and to ensure the quality of the event and the rights of other participants, **only the ticket holder is permitted to enter the booth to participate. Companions cannot join.**
4. In case of inclement weather or force majeure events (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes...), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule.
5. If you do not wish for photos or videos of the event featuring your likeness to be uploaded to our brand's social media for event records or promotional purposes, please inform us in advance or at the event.
