Most items in our studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please expect a waiting period. If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to inquire about stock availability or their capacity to create it for you. Items requiring factory processing will take longer. Items involving factory processing: wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving.
