【Getting to Poem of Handmade】
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Section 1, Jiankang Road, South District, Tainan City
1. For Tainan locals: You can ride a scooter or drive. Across from the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. Look for the "Zhuxi Village" sign under the large tree at the entrance. Walk straight for about 60 meters, and you'll see the "Poem of Handmade" sign. (Avoid turning towards the riverside path in front; while the pink trumpet trees are beautiful.)
* Parking: There is a parking lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe.
2. For visitors: Take a taxi from the train station (approx. 10 minutes). If taking a city bus, board bus route 5 from the train station and alight at the Zhuxi Temple stop (right by the large tree). If arriving via the tourist bus or HSR shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk. Alight at Yanping Junwang Temple, walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Important Notes】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the Pinkoi e-ticket for the workshop. Confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years or older.
3. Due to limited space and for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted in the workshop area. Unregistered individuals may not participate.
4. For handmade courses, one person cannot share materials intended for two.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or errors occur due to personal oversight during the process, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their creation. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by non-compliance will be the responsibility of the participant.
8. Please arrive on time for the workshop. Punctuality is appreciated to maximize your experience time. (Refunds are not available on the day of the workshop.)
9. During the workshop, "Poem of Handmade" may take photos for documentation. These photos may be uploaded to our Facebook or Instagram pages ("Poem of Handmade") for event recaps or future promotional purposes. You are welcome to download any photos featuring yourself. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoon-related class cancellations), "Poem of Handmade" will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% service fee will be charged. (If you encounter inconvenience, we suggest contacting the instructor to reschedule, limited to one change.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days of the event.
4. After placing your order, please verify the items and payment on your e-ticket. On-site, only additional payments for differences will be accepted; no refunds will be issued.
