【Important Notes for the Workshop】
✧ To maintain the quality of our one-day experience workshops, cutting and grinding are not included in the course content, effective immediately.
✧ After completing your order, please contact the official LINE account of 'HAKUDAN Hakuten' (@934zljmm) and share a screenshot of your order confirmation.
✧ Once contact is established, we will confirm your glass color selection on the same day. We offer 145 colors to choose from. You can select your preferred colors for design after placing your order. Please keep an eye on your messages to ensure you don't miss any important information.
✧ When selecting your glass colors, the number of glass pieces included varies by design. Additional glass pieces (10x10cm) can be purchased for $480 NTD each, payable on-site.
✧ As these are handmade experience workshops, each piece is unique in color and pattern. Variations in light intensity can also affect the depth of color. Therefore, please note that there may be color differences between photos and the actual product. We kindly ask that you only book if you are comfortable with this.
✧ During the glass production process, minor scratches or air bubbles may occur. The solder lines are handcrafted and may have slight imperfections. Please only proceed with booking if you are comfortable with this.
✧ Charm accessories are optional add-ons and can be selected on-site.

【Product Care】
✧ The solder surface may oxidize over time due to air exposure. Simply wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth for daily care.
✧ For advanced care, you can apply a thin layer of furniture wax (soft wax) to the surface, let it dry, and then buff to a shine with a dry cotton cloth.

*Pre-Class Information*
1. If the class exceeds the scheduled duration, an additional fee of $300 NTD per person will be charged for every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. For safety during the workshop, accompanying guests are not permitted.
3. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie.
4. As the workshop involves soldering, wearing a mask is recommended.
5. If you cause damage to equipment or the environment by not following the instructor's guidance during the class, you will be responsible for compensating the original price of the damaged item.

1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons or earthquakes that require cancellation, you will be notified via the official 'HAKUDAN Hakuten' LINE account. You will be able to reschedule your class once.
2. If you wish to film videos, programs, or advertisements, please contact customer service before placing your order to arrange a time slot without other students.

*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon booking confirmation, course materials will be prepared immediately, thus refunds are not possible.
2. If you need to reschedule within 8 days of your selected class date, you may do so once free of charge (rescheduling is permitted up to three months from the original class date).
3. If you do not reschedule within three months, or if you are unable to attend after the one-time free postponement, you will need to place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the class, and you will need to place a new order.
