✧ To maintain the quality of our one-day experience courses, all sessions from now on will not include cutting or grinding.
✧ After completing your order, please contact the official LINE account of "HAKUDAN 白点" (@934zljmm) and share a screenshot of your order confirmation.
✧ Once contact is established, we will confirm your chosen glass colors with you on the same day. With 145 colors to choose from, you can select your preferred palette after placing your order. Please keep an eye on your messages to ensure you don't miss any important updates.
✧ When selecting your glass color palette, the number of glass pieces required varies for each design. If you wish to use more than the allotted colors, additional glass pieces (10x10cm) can be purchased on-site for $200 NTD per piece, payable at the venue.
✧ Each piece is a handmade creation, making the colors and patterns uniquely yours. The intensity of light will also affect the depth and shade of the colors, so please expect a slight color variation between photos and the actual product. Please confirm your acceptance of this before booking.
✧ Minor scratches or air bubbles may occur during the glass production process. The solder lines are handmade and may have slight imperfections. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before placing your order.
✧ Pendant accessories are optional add-ons and can be selected on the day of the course.
✧ The creation time will vary depending on the size of each piece.

【Artwork Care Instructions】
✧ The solder lines may develop an oxidation layer over time due to air exposure. Simply wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth for daily maintenance.
✧ For advanced care, a thin layer of water wax or soft wax can be applied to the surface. Allow it to dry, then buff to a shine with a dry cotton cloth.

1. If the course exceeds the scheduled time, an additional fee of $300 NTD per person will be charged for every 30 minutes to 1 hour extension.
2. For safety reasons during the crafting process, accompanying guests are not permitted.
3. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie.
4. As the course involves soldering, wearing a mask is recommended.
5. If any equipment or the environment is damaged due to not following the instructor's guidance during the course, you will be liable for the full replacement cost of the damaged item.

*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon booking confirmation, course materials will be prepared immediately, thus refunds are not possible.
2. For rescheduling within 8 days of your selected course date, a "one-time free postponement" is permitted (valid for up to three months from the original course date).
3. If the course is not rescheduled within three months, or if you are unable to attend even after the one-time free postponement, you will need to place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arrivals 15 minutes past the scheduled time will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and a new order will be required.
