If you have concerns about material allergies, please feel free to consult the designer before placing your order. Production Time Most items in our collection are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to inquire about availability or expedited production. Items processed by external factories may take longer. These include items produced through wax carving, 3D printing, plating, and other services like engraving.
