Paid repairs are available for human-induced damage. ・If you receive a defective item, please take a photo and message the designer within 15 days (and before unsealing). We will assist you with the issue. ・Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and other personal adornments cannot be returned or exchanged once unsealed or used. ◆ Care Instructions ・Avoid contact with water, sweat, alcohol, perfume, sunscreen, cosmetics, and other chemicals. ・Alloy accessories may oxidize and darken over time. It is recommended to gently wipe them with a dry cloth after wearing and store them in a sealed bag to slow down oxidation. ・Polymer clay has a certain degree of flexibility, but please do not bend or squeeze it to avoid damage. ・Avoid placing them with sharp objects to prevent scratching the surface of the jewelry. ・Can be polished with a silver polishing cloth for daily maintenance.
