The plants for sale are in 2.5-inch transparent soft pots. To prevent water retention and possible plant damage, the estimated shipping time is five days. If the plants dry out sooner, we will ship earlier. While we will do our best to package the plants securely to prevent any damage, shipping live plants carries inherent risks, and there may be instances of breakage or bruising. We will carefully package the plants for shipping, but complete protection cannot be guaranteed. If there are any issues upon receipt, please do not repot or mount the plants yourself. For returns or exchanges, please keep the packaging intact. Please note that delivery times for store-to-store shipments can be unstable, and items are more likely to be mishandled during transit. We will select plants in good condition for shipping, but live plants may naturally have some yellowing, aging leaves, or slight imperfections. Since plant conditions vary daily, if the plants are infected or damaged and do not meet shipping standards, we will notify you in advance. We appreciate your understanding. Each pot will have a unique appearance, and we cannot guarantee flawless specimens. Perfectionists are encouraged to visit a nearby physical store to make their purchase. We recommend recording the unboxing process to protect the rights of both parties. We will also record the packaging process. Please handle the plants with care upon receipt; we cannot assist with returns or exchanges if the plants are broken due to your handling. If you have concerns, we recommend using Black Cat (a specific courier service). Plants are perishable products, and due to the long transit times, they are often unsellable once returned. Therefore, they are not covered under the seven-day return policy. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. If the plants are damaged due to a change of mind by the buyer, we reserve the right to seek compensation. Due to the busy schedule at the farm, we may only respond to messages when we have the time and may not always be online. We do not accept rush orders. If you need immediate shipping, please contact another seller. Overseas customers should check if requires certificate of plant imports. International shipping fees and quarantine charges will be calculated separately.
