● Select Your Design → Our artisan will provide on-site instruction, guiding you through the captivating process of traditional craftsmanship.
The workshop includes engraving. English letters, numbers, and patterns can be engraved (engraving may not be available for specific designs).
How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measuring Method: Take a piece of cotton thread (like sewing thread) and wrap it comfortably around the finger for the intended recipient.
Then, straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler. Refer to the size chart to find the corresponding ring size.
● You can inform the studio staff of the recipient's approximate height and weight. Adjustments can be made at the studio after the ring is completed.

**Workshops can commence with just one participant and are by appointment only.**
● To protect your rights, any changes to or cancellations of your workshop reservation must be communicated at least three days prior to the scheduled class.
No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. Your booking can be transferred to purchase other products or workshops.
● Samples are available for try-on at the studio. You may also exchange your design for another of equal value (subject to available materials on-site).
Upgrades to a higher-priced design are possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced designs.
● Due to space limitations, please inquire about current classroom capacity if you plan to bring a companion.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled workshop time for check-in and to try on samples, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone.
● Each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate each step and guide you through the process.
If a finished piece has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will require a separate purchase.
● Workshops typically last 1.5 to 2 hours, with duration varying based on design complexity. Your creation can be taken home on the same day.
**★ Face masks are currently required due to the ongoing pandemic.**
★ During the workshop, please adhere to the instructor's guidance on equipment safety.
Female participants may be required to tie back long hair with a hair tie or clip for safety.
**Failure to comply with safety regulations after verbal warnings will result in personal responsibility for any consequences.**
★ In the event of a typhoon or other force majeure, workshops will be postponed based on government advisories for safety, and a new date will be scheduled.
