Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and bubbles along the curved edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges will not be processed for these conditions. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and remove the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections such as specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during the firing process. ● Minor scratches or dust on the coaster surface are inevitable. Approximately 10% variation in the quality of the blank coasters per batch is expected. The ink absorption level of the coaster's pores varies, and particularly with pink or dark backgrounds, uneven color patches or cloudy spots may appear. All these conditions are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes with a gift box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment is possible. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations; the actual finished product will prevail. This product is custom-made. Production begins the day after payment is completed and takes 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in this store are custom-made. Production will only commence after full payment. Once production begins, modifications, returns, or exchanges are not possible.
