For the first wash, use a standard neutral detergent and wash several times. You can also wipe the surface several times with a paper towel dipped in cooking oil to easily remove any residual gray titanium powder from processing. Afterward, wash with neutral detergent. As we use food-grade oil for lubrication during pressing and do not use acid pickling, residual gray titanium powder is unavoidable. This is part of our non-toxic, safe pure titanium manufacturing process, so feel free to scrub. 2. For burnt-on residue or stubborn stains, gently scrub with the firmer side of a sponge or a soft steel brush. 3. If the colored surface of the titanium is scrubbed off, revealing the original color, rest assured that since it is not a coating, pure titanium is safe and non-toxic, containing no harmful heavy metals, allowing for safe scrubbing. 4. Do not soak with effervescent powders, hydrogen peroxide, or other reducing acid series, or sodium percarbonate cleaners, as these will restore the titanium's color and luster, and it cannot be recovered. 【Characteristics】 1. Pure titanium is sensitive to temperature and does not easily release stress. When heating food containers, bento boxes, or square pots, or when food stains appear after washing, or large purple-blue patches occur without heating, or brown patches appear after washing (not rust, as pure titanium does not rust) – these are metal characteristics or changes resulting from our pre-firing process. They do not affect safe use and will fade or gradually disappear with normal use over time. 2. Due to even greater difficulty in stress release, square tableware may exhibit more intense color changes and is more prone to brown patches. 3. In ovens above 250°C or direct flame from a gas stove, purple-blue color changes may occur. The color will not disappear, but it will not affect safe use. 4. Large, flat shapes are more susceptible to warping from direct gas flame. 5. Titanium easily retains water stains due to its metallic properties. If this is a concern, wipe dry immediately after washing to prevent water stains from affecting the appearance. 【Various Appliances】 **Single-layer titanium tableware can be used for heating; double-layer is not suitable for heating.** Dish dryer - Applicable: If oil or grease is not washed off, blue-purple powder may appear after drying. This is dried oil and will not reappear after cleaning.
