・Pumpkin Candle Size: Approximately 14-15 cm in diameter x 20 cm in height (including handle)
・Location: 2nd Floor, No. 65 Huafu Street, North District, Taichung City "Infinite Heart Life"
・Transportation: Take a train to Taichung Station, then catch bus #35 from Platform D to the "Botanical Garden (Jianxing Road)" stop. Walk forward, turn right onto Huafu Street, and continue for about 4 minutes. You will see the "Infinite Heart Life" cafe.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the session has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Orders that are not checked out are considered incomplete registrations. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once the class is full; unpaid orders will not be counted towards enrollment.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our Facebook page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Regulations on Supplementary Education," and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the commencement date, 95% of the actual amount paid will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the commencement date, 90% of the actual amount paid will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the commencement date, 80% of the actual amount paid will be refunded.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session; failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot accommodate the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, as materials and venue arrangements are finalized, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted for same-day cancellations. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
。To protect the rights of other participants, attendees arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account number and name. Refunds will be processed via cash deposit.
・This event is open to individuals aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Unaccompanied individuals are not permitted to join or attend, unless a parent needs to assist a child who cannot complete the activity independently, or in special cases requiring parent-child participation. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・No food or beverages are allowed in the handcrafting classroom.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the experience for event documentation and future promotional use on xiabenhow's social media channels.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make special arrangements.
