◗ Only ticket holders may participate; unregistered guests are not permitted to accompany or join the activity.
◗ To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will not be admitted and are not eligible for refunds.

◗ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
◗ If you choose to withdraw from the activity due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be provided.
