◗ Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Those without tickets may not accompany or participate.
◗ To ensure the smooth running of the experience, please arrive on time. Late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes will not be admitted and are non-refundable.

◗ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively.
◗ If participation is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to the organizer, no refund will be issued.
◗ In the event of class cancellation due to natural disasters, rescheduling or refunds will be arranged proactively. For typhoons, the official work/school closure standards of the event location will be used as the basis for commencement and refunds, regardless of the participant's location.
