[Date Change and Refund Policy] [Workshop Cancellation Policy] After completing payment, if you are unable to attend, you may apply for a refund through the order system. A service fee of 30% of the activity price will be charged. As venue and materials need to be prepared ten days in advance, cancellations will not be accepted from one day prior to the event up to ten days before. * For cancellations notified ten days before the workshop (excluding the workshop day), the full amount will be refunded after deducting the service fee. * Cancellations made within 10 days prior to the workshop are not accepted. You may transfer your spot to someone else or reschedule once. Please inform us and provide the name and contact information of the alternate participant. * If you choose to terminate your participation during the workshop for reasons not attributable to the organizer (e.g., you no longer wish to continue, feeling unwell, etc.), no refund will be issued. * Rescheduled workshops are not eligible for cancellation. * Date changes are not accepted 3 days before and on the day of the workshop. Changing the date on the day of the workshop will be considered as forfeiting the course, and no refund will be issued. 📌 We will reschedule with you in the following situations: ⚠️ In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), based on the announcements by the Tainan City Government regarding suspension of work and classes four hours before the scheduled time. If your city is subject to relevant restrictions, please inform us in advance. ⚠️ Due to other force majeure events (e.g., power outages / equipment failure) that prevent the workshop from proceeding. ⚠️ Important Notes 1. Due to high demand for reservations, please inquire about availability before placing an order. 2. The class time is based on the fixed schedule. If you need to adjust it, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 3. Overtime charges apply at $250 per hour, calculated as a full hour for any part thereof. 4. Collaborative work requires an additional $300 per person. 5. Please message us your desired design 5 days before the workshop begins for review by our staff. 6. For participants arriving late due to personal reasons, if the artwork cannot be completed within the scheduled time, extra time will not be provided, and overtime charges will apply. 7. Due to the potential hazards and weight of the tufting gun, which requires physical exertion, participants under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for safety reasons. 8. To avoid delaying the teaching progress and affecting the rights of other participants, please arrive 5-10 minutes early. 9. If the fabric is damaged due to improper operation to the extent that the artwork cannot be repaired, a new fabric must be purchased at an additional cost of $500 per piece. Overtime charges will also apply.
