→ About the Artist
Master Shi Shu-Fen relocated to Jingdezhen, the "Porcelain Capital," by chance. Immersed in a city steeped in ceramics, she gradually developed a deep interest in this ancient beauty. After connecting with local masters, she decided to blend her inner vision with Jingdezhen's craftsmanship.
She might hesitate to fully embrace the title of "Master" if addressed directly, as the world of ceramics is vast and profound, and she still considers herself a student. Yet, with each course she undertakes, with every process of kneading clay, rolling coils, and centering on the wheel, she finds herself filled with insights she longs to share.
NATURE GLAZE Studio is honored to serve as a platform, bringing Master Shi's creations to you. We hope that each piece allows you to experience the subtle shifts in her artistic journey as she learned the art of pottery. Now, whenever Master Shi returns to Taiwan from Jingdezhen, she brings a selection of her works, hoping they will be seen and appreciated by more people.

→ Purchase Notes
* Most products in this design gallery are purely handmade. The glaze and ash deposits on each piece are unique, which is precisely the charm of ceramic art. Therefore, once a piece is sold out, it will not be restocked, and an identical item cannot be found. If you admire a piece that has already been purchased, we regret that you will need to select another item from our gallery. We apologize for any inconvenience. You are welcome to contact the designer to see if a similar piece is available.
* Dimensions are measured manually and may have a slight error of within 0.5cm.
* Pieces may bear marks from the crafting process, as all items are handmade or semi-handmade. Minor operational traces are to be expected.
* During the firing process, the glaze may exhibit natural distribution phenomena, which is entirely normal and aligns with NATURE GLAZE's philosophy of embracing the inherent nature of ceramics. If you have any questions about the product, please feel free to send us a private message.
* Product colors are presented as accurately as possible. While product images are taken in a studio with adjusted lighting and environment, no post-production editing is used to alter colors. Please refer to the actual product for the true hue, as discrepancies will not be considered defects.
