The rules are as follows: * According to the Consumer Protection Committee of the Executive Yuan, refunds are based on Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes. A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, a refund of 95% of the total actual payment will be issued. B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days before the class start date, a refund of 90% of the total actual payment will be issued. C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day before the class start date, a refund of 80% of the total actual payment will be issued. * Rescheduling is limited to sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot make the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund. * For same-day cancellations, as materials and venue arrangements have been prepared by the instructor, no refunds or rescheduling will be accepted on the day of the class. No-shows will be considered forfeiture. * To protect the rights of other participants, participants arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered no-shows. * For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and account holder name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer. ・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event. ・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate.
