After completing your order, please use the "Contact Designer" option to upload your artwork. We recommend a resolution of 150-300 dpi. Our designers will then confirm the details with you. Customization typically takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 2. Each notebook is handcrafted. After we receive your custom artwork, print it, and create the physical product, there may be a slight deviation of 1-2mm from the simulated cover size. This can sometimes result in minor imperfections such as the spine text not being perfectly centered, misaligned edges, asymmetry, or visible white borders. We strive to meet your requirements, but due to the nature of purely handmade items, 100% precision is not achievable. If you expect machine-perfect accuracy, please refrain from ordering. 3. Please discuss any specific customization requests with us *before* placing your order. Production will only commence after mutual understanding and agreement to prevent misunderstandings. As customized items are made uniquely for you, returns are not possible. We appreciate your understanding and support. 4. Due to variations in individual computer screen settings, slight color discrepancies may occur; the actual product color will prevail. Each cover is printed, then manually cut and bound. We produce in small batches of approximately 10-20 books at a time. If the item is out of stock, please allow 3-7 business days for production (excluding weekends and public holidays).
