Course cancellation and change procedures:
1. If you notify the cancellation 7 days before the course starts (excluding the day of the course), the money will be refunded after deducting the handling fee. The handling fee varies according to the payment method.
2. If canceled within 6 days to 4 days before the course starts (excluding the day of the course), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
3. No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the course starts to the same day, and no refund will be given.
※How to change the date
1. The date can be changed from 6 days to 4 days before the course starts (excluding departure date). But the change can only be made once.
2. If there is a price difference after the change, the excess cost will be refunded or the shortfall will be compensated.
3. No cancellations will be accepted for rescheduled events.
4. Date changes will not be accepted from 3 days before the course starts to the same day.
5. If it is a reserved time slot and other students have reserved other courses, the teacher has the right to ask the purchaser to cancel or change the time slot.
